Join DeDe for a back to basics garden tutorial for total beginners. Take the next steps to go beyond buying a pot of flowers and keeping your fingers crossed. Learn how to read and decipher seed packets, plant labels, and planting guidelines, as well the the basic components of soil and the various amendments to help your plants flourish. This workshop coincides with our day of free soil testing, so if there is a spot in your yard or garden you want to refurbish, bring a small sample of soil in with you.
