Farm Kitchen

Chef Todd Heberlein heads up the kitchen at Volante Farms. He has over a decade of experience in providing farm to table cuisine for the discerning customer. The kitchen staff prepares a wide variety of vegetables, salads, pastas, and meats ready for heating and eating at home or on the go. Many of these products are made with the vegetables grown here on the farm or with meat, grains, and dairy from local farmers we know and trust. Products featuring our HOMEGROWN vegetables will feature a yellow and green VF sticker on them, so you know you are getting our vegetables in every bite.

In addition to filling the shelves with tasty take home foods, Volante Farms offers events such as our Dinner in the Field to help involve our customers with the food system.

 

Deli

The Deli serves an extensive menu of sandwiches made with Boar’s Head meat and cheese, our homemade condiments, homegrown veggies and offered on a variety of local breads. Salads are made to order using homegrown produce and lettuce when available. Phone orders are available for a quick pick up by calling 781.444.2351 x121. See Deli Menu here:

The Deli now prepares sandwich and cheese catering platters for your holiday parties and get-togethers. Please see Catering Menu below for details and ordering.

Bakery

The Bakery serves piping hot Red Barn Coffee Roasters coffee and  iced coffee in season. We have pastry and bread baked fresh in house daily as well as a wide variety of fine baked goods from many small area bakers. We offer cupcakes, cookies, and fresh baked or frozen pies from several purveyors. Our pastry chef incorporates much of the fruit on the stand into daily specials and the kitchen pumps out steaming hot and sugary Apple Cider Doughnuts every morning.
