CATERING

o   Allergies – Please be sure to make our staff aware while placing your order if anyone in your party has any food allergy concerns. We will do our best to accommodate requests and restrictions due to allergies but please note that we are not an allergen free facility and the decision to purchase and serve any particular item is ultimately up to you.

o   Pricing – All prices listed below are subject to Massachusetts meals tax of 7%. All menu items are subject to market fluctuations in price and availability and these changes may not be reflected on the printed or online menu. Our staff will inform you of the final pricing on your order when the order is confirmed, prior to payment.

o   Seasonal Specialties – We are always striving to incorporate as much homegrown produce as possible into our menu. Many menu items will feature rotating seasonal ingredients alongside our year round standards that may not be on the permanent menu. Be sure to ask what’s in season when ordering

o   Ordering and Payment – Order inquiries can be submitted via email to catering@volantefarms.com or by phone at 781-444-2351 ex. 301. All orders must be placed 48 hours prior to pick-up time. Please note that orders are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation response from our staff. All orders must be paid in full at time of confirmation

o   Cancellations – Any order cancellation must be received by an appropriate member of our staff no later than 9 am the day prior to the date of the order to receive a refund. Please contact catering@volantefarms.com or call 781-444-2351 ex. 301

o   Our catering staff is on premise from 8 am to 4 pm every day to help you plan your event and place your order.
