Do I need to sign up for a paid Mercato account?

No. You will need to create an account with Mercato, but you do not need to pay for a membership.

When do I choose my pickup time?

At checkout. The first available time will be shown. Please note the date, not just the day.

How Has Your Return/Exchange Policy Changed?

Given these difficult times, we are working hard to offer access to goods to as many people as possible. For this reason, we are not able to take returns or exchanges on any merchandise. How Do I Find Specific Colors of the Plants I Want?

When you view the items in your cart, you will be able to add “Notes”. Please list colors in order of preference and we will do our best to accommodate. We ask you to please be flexible.

How Does The Pickup Process Work?

First, you select your pickup window on our Mercato site. When you pull into our parking lot, you’ll check in with our curbside attendant. The attendant will have a mask and gloves on, however if you do not wish to roll down your window, please clearly write your last name largely for them to read and follow their directions to a numbered space.

You can load your own bagged goods (mulch, soil) from the parking lot or we can place them in your trunk or truck bed for you. We can help you load your plants as well. 

**PLEASE NOTE: We are only allowed to load merchandise into your trunk/truck bed. We are not able to put anything into the main cabin of your car. You will be responsible for loading any merchandise that does not fit into your trunk/truck bed.**

 

Do You Offer Delivery?

Unfortunately no, we are not able to offer delivery for greenhouse items.

Can I Apply my Discount or Gift Card?

Unfortunately at this time we cannot apply existing member discounts or gift card balances to orders placed through Mercato. We understand this is not ideal, and will make updates to this policy as possible.

How do I Cancel my Order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact Mercato. Once you place your order, we only have control over filling it and placing it in your car.

Please consider reserving curbside spaces for our high risk customers. We welcome you into the greenhouse safely and responsibly by maintaining a low customer count inside so that staff and customers can distance themselves. The first hour of every day (8-9am) is reserved for high risk shoppers.
